Christmas has almost arrived.
Our last orders to leave before the holidays are at 4pm.
2021 has been another challenging year with the seemingly endless affects of Covid impacting us all across the globe. But this year, we get to share the holidays with loved ones, some of us for the first time in almost 2 years, so for that we need to be thankful.
If presents aren't under the tree, no matter - being together is what's really important.
As a small family run business, with a dedicated team of 3, we've kept going through sickness and personal difficulties and pushed ourselves to the limit, often working through the night to give you, our lovely customers the high standards of service we promise.
We've had a little help along the way from family and friends, to whom we are indebted and incredibly grateful, and the kindness and understanding from you has kept us going when we thought we had nothing left in the tank.
We appreciate every single one of our customers and hope that your purchases and shopping experience have provided something positive at a time when so many are suffering and lonely.
We realise that on the odd occasion we've made mistakes; mainly due to late deliveries from Royal Mail, issues with supply and we apologise if this has caused unnecessary stress or disappointment, but hope that everything has arrived, even if just in the nick of time. We did everything we could to get your parcels shipped out and on their way as quickly as was humanly possible.
We're now taking a few days off to rest, recuperate and enjoy family time away from work, but we will be re-opening for business on 29th December to 31st December then it's business as usual from January 3rd 2022.
We would like to take this opportunity to again thank you for your custom, your support and your patience and to wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and peaceful 2022.
Take care, stay safe & enjoy.
With warmest of wishes from the team & our helpers
Janine, Daz, Luci, Joel, Kieran, Max, Mia & our 3 dogs Jingo, Simba & Neo
