Parcel arrived damaged?
Although we make every effort to ensure your goods reach you quickly and in perfect condition, once the parcel has left us we are unable to control how it is handled, so if it reaches you damaged or tampered with in any way, please take pictures and notify us immediately and send the pictures by email so we can raise a claim with the courier.
Please be aware that we can only accept claims for faulty / damaged parcels or items missing from your parcel on arrival within 3 days of delivery of your order, so please check the contents straight away, especially if buying early to give as a gift, as we have to take the delivery date as the first day of use.
Fault developed after use?
If you wish to make a claim for defective items after they have been used, we require a photograph before we can initiate a return. Please email us separately with a picture/s and a description of the problem, along with your order number.
In certain instances, we may be able to offer a replacement, store credit or refund without the need to send the item back to us, so it's important to provide as much detail as possible so we can make a quick assessment and save you the inconvenience of repackaging and taking to the post office.
PLEASE DO NOT PHYSICALLY RETURN AN ITEM TO US UNTIL WE HAVE RESPONDED WITH OPTIONS FOR RESOLUTION.
